    Position? ALL OVER !!!!!
I roll more than a turd beetle.
Not the hammock, I do it on a mattress too.
The trees are drawing me near, I've got to find out why?
Those gentle voices I hear, explain it all with a sigh.

That needs to go in someone's signature.

HMM im a straight layer. In one of my hammocks i can get diag. and it is way more comfortable but i'd fall out if i fell asleep that way. My Clark NA is too narrow for the diag. but i can get a nice lay if i set my sag...

If you tighten the long edges, you won't fall out.

Sometimes I hang left, sometimes I hang right and sometimes right down the middle... any which way don't matter much.

Now that you brought it up and I've noticed ... think it's mostly to the left.

On my side, in a ball, dead center in the hammock....I do not like sleeping diagonal Sam-I-am,
I do not like it in a house.
I do not like it with a mouse.
I do not like it here or there.
I do not like it anywhere.
I do not like sleeping diagonal in a hammock.
I do not like them, Sam-I-am.

I tend to start off straight to relax with my legs elevated, but then I curl up on my side and end up diagonal. I sleep on either side, I'm a 'flipper'...toss and turn all night regardless of bed or hammock, but do not toss as much in a hammock which is part of why I like them so much. I sleep better in my hammock!

^Exactly the same reason that I sleep in a hammock. I've been battling a neck/back problem for over 3 years. When I sleep in a bed I wake up on my side with horrible headaches. Sleeping in the hammock keeps me on my back and helps me manage the pain and headaches much, much better. My doctors think I'm crazy but they just don't know.

I claimed diagonal, but it really depends on the hammock and set up. In my Claytor JH I would lay diagonal when lounging without a pad, but fairly straight with a pad. Once I'm asleep I tend to curl up more fetal.
In my Grand Trunk Hammocks I definitely lay diagonal.
