Great winter hang up here in the Pacific Northwest.. The Cascade range once again played host to the Oregon Winter Hang.
We arrived at various times Friday and set up camp.
As the fire wood pile grew so did the crowd.
The snow was there, but not to deep, in fact we could put our stakes right into the ground, but with temps dipping into the low 20's it was still a winter hang!
Some came and some left on Saturday, but the spirit of hammock hanging was as bright as the sun. Naps and hikes were taken and some lolly gagging out on the lake.
Saturday night a smorgasbord of camp food hit the table and then a real fun white elephant gift exchange around a roaring campfire capped off a perfect day.
Then off to the warmth of downy goodness in the hammocks.
Sunday was your typical pack up, drink coffee, and hike out kinda day.
In short.. a great hang!
Can't wait till next year!
