I think I would get lost in that thing. I love it, and it makes me want to add more down to mine.

"No whining in the woods"
Just an FYI, but you don't sleep with your head buried inside it. You could, but you'd soon be swimming in condensation. I had a Speer PeaPod and slept with just my face hanging out. Many times, didn't even need a top quilt.

Looks warm and comfy =]
cant you just tie out the body to "open it up" for the body, leave the legs closed over? I have the switchback and it has the 4 tie out areas. do they not go through the pods to keep them fixed?
The PolarPod has 4 openings for the tie outs on the Switchback & LightHiker. The openings are in the seam between the bottom and top panels, on each side. The bottom panel on the PolarPod is the same width as the hammock so it is a perfect alignment every time. The PeaPod's bottom panel is too narrow for use of the tie outs.
Beer won't solve problems, but then again, neither will milk !

Hey Stairguy, What did you add for the suspension? Could you go a little more into the details about the suspension? Thanks
