    Buck Lake Hang

Sorry I won't be able to make there this year. As a newbie I'd love to come and see how hanging is done!

Things I'd like to hear from you other Florida Hangers and Hanger want-to-bes (like myself) especially those in South Florida, since we can't hang in Florida's State Parks, where do you hang? Are you utilizing the FT and National Parks only? Where else cae hike and hang? Are the wildlife areas considered State Parks? I'd hate to invest in a tent if there are hammock frinedly areas that I am not aware of!!!

    Thanks for your imput.

There are plenty of places to hang in Florida. National Parks allow you to hang as do all the lands on tracks owned by the Water Management folks.

Thanks for your information Gumbo. I was about to start looking for tents which I really didn't want to do. We have plenty of Water Managment land down this way as well as the Wildlife Management lands.
