Jim and I worked on Rockjock yesterday. Hot, Hot, Hot, but very gratifying.

The TEHCC has it listed on their Wiki and I am in contact with them about it already! I will prob have to head it up as no one has that section. The Wiki is also missing the whole other half of the trail from High Point (Fire Tower) on!

A buddy of mine who has a boyscout troop has been wanting to do this with other troops for a while now and now I see why!

Would you like to come hike it with us Fathers Day Weekend? We'll be up there 17th-19th and gonna hike it from the western end. Accessing it from a well kept secret trail near my house to where we started this last time on the AT.

Plus after that weekend I may generate a few more helpers for the project.

I'd love to come see it, but we always have family stuff that weekend. Might have to try it this fall though. I'll bring tools!!!

Shug we hiked straight in to Hacker's and figured we'd have a days work getting back to Conley. We were worn out by just north of Fern Canyon and
clipped worst offenders from there. Looped through Lost Dog for the views and hung hammocks at Old Conley for a while to cool off and rest. Mostly shear work, but did remove one downed tree. Thanks, but we're not hero material, we just make it fun!

I already have 3 volunteers to help me do some work up there and sent a note to the Ranger of that district. It will probably get rolling sometime this fall for sure! I'll plan another hike & hang about then too and let you know.

A great video and trip report. I love your choice of music. I'm a big fan of Nanci Griffith and have used her music for some of my trip slide shows also.
