Here are some more pics from the hike. Beautiful areas, some in Old Growth Forest, Glacial rock deposits, and natural glades. The trails ran from well-groomed to almost non-existent, requiring some map reading skills.
The best part was getting some one-on-one time with my daughter in the natural world. Priceless.
One picture below is of a 380 year-old wall intersection from a 1630 farm.
This was just a great place to hike for the day! We covered about 6-7 miles of hilly terrain, and were pretty tired by the end.
