I found this Poncho on top of a heap of trash and, of course, had to take it with me
Sil-nylon, for free, and only in need of some soap
I cut some holes in the channels on the small sides and melted the fringes with a match. Than a piece of thin cord was threaded through all of them. The cord is tied to the matal rings at the corners. In the middle it is threaded through the ring and a key ring and a toggle are attatched.
When spread out, the cord completely dissappears in the nylon tunnel, only the toggle is potruding.
I can pull it together with this and it looks like this
It the wraps around the lower part of the hammock and, with a cheap poncho linerattatched inside, is plenty warm for autumnal nights.

Since the liner cost only € 20,- and its slit for the head is homemade, this is a nice and cheap way to have a warm back.
