I make quilts down to minus 40. Lots of downy goodness at www.locolibregear.com

For a RidgeRunner, WarBonnet has an UQ rated as "Scandinavian" - which is "warmer" than their 0° bag - but I don't recall seeing a number attached to it.
Note: it's sort of my thing to point out - the quilt doesn't make the "warm" - the occupant does. That's their job. The quilt's job is to keep the heat they make in.
In order to see what few have seen, you must go where few have gone. And DO what few have done.
I can attest to the quality and warmth of Loco Libre quilts! I cherish mine, true works of art and craftsmanship.
UGQ will make below zero quilts
A more versatile option is to stack quilts. I use an overstuffed 0° (+2oz) and a partial length 40° well below zero. If it's really cold I'll substitute a 20° for the 40°. Add a Molly Mac canvas sock and you're set, mix and match as the temps dictate.
I had HG custom make me a set of -10° quilts and they are amazing! Anything below that and I would stack one of my Phoenix on the bottom, and add in my heavy fleece DIY TQ liner or a 50° TQ inside the -10° Burrow. I've only ever gone colder than -10° once though .I actually got too warm and woke up covered in sweat at one point bc I used a CDT top quilt with a ton of added down stacked inside the Burrow.
