Was a decent backpacker back in the day. Haven't done much in years. The idea of sleeping on the ground at my age isn't very appealing. Hammock camping sounds like it could have potential. I want to learn more.

I'll probably try a 'nice' hammock at some point if I can decide which one. I won't be collecting several hammocks (so my wife doesn't kick my ***) so I hope to guess right with my first one.

I'm tall 6'4" and sturdy 240 lbs. Hammock Priorities:

1. Comfort/fit for my body size
2. Minimal fiddle factor (stuff just works, hammock and under quilt pared well so I don't have to monkey with it)
3. Light weight
