I am looking for more budget gear (I need a 3 season underquilt and a tarp) and I found wise owl outfitters https://www.wiseowloutfitters.com/ they are a family run U.S. company based near Nashville, TN and I'm pretty sure their products or at least some of them are made in the us. All of their products have >4 star reviews and are not your everyday rebranded chinese hunk 'o junk. I have heard in some places on this forum that they are a cottage manufacturer and other places they are not and I need to clear the waters to find out if my money is going to a good place and the gear will last.
(I know everyone replying will recommend me to Dutchware, buttinasling, or hammockgear.com but please refrain I have weighed my options and I have a tight budget)
the things I was looking at were:
https://www.wiseowloutfitters.com/pr...ock-underquilt 40* underquilt.
https://www.wiseowloutfitters.com/pr...31904139477094 rain tarp.
Edit: some of the replys are talking about hammocks Just to clear things up I have hammocks and suspension I am looking for knowledge concerning the items linked above
