I'm curious about these Adjustable Wall Anchors for an indoor setup. I have walls ready for this load. My only concern is the welded ring. Has anyone actually used this product? Does the spring loaded attachment and ring creak when you move around?

I have very limited experience with them. HF member Sqidmark had two sets installed and I played with them and hung on them more than once.
I don't recall any creaking or squeaking.
But that's all I have for you.
Yes, my pack weighs 70lbs, but it's all light weight gear....

They're "L-Tack" or "Airline Track" for cargo tiedown. Heavy duty stuff. The weak link will be the screws and how good you are hitting the stud on center. But after sinking a few quality screws, no worries at all. I like simple eye-screws, but I may get a set of these for my garage...for the extra "adjustability"
Looks like they'll do the trick if you need to adjust them...otherwise a screw eye in the right spot will work too. My only inside hang spot is in the basement, so I use a ceiling joist in a closet that I keep cracked open and the framed in support pole at the bottom of my staircase.

I've got a set in my home office/mancave that also doubles as my hammock gear room. I find the adjustability of the anchors handy when messing around with new hammocks. They aren't needed as much after you've got a particular hammock dialed in. I've got them paired with a short set of whoopies and the combo of those two gives me lots of room to fiddle.
I installed a set of these in my daughters room about 2 years ago. She sleeps in a hammock full time. No complaints with these. There is no noise when you get into the hammock and they seem to be well made. I liked the idea of the bar being attached to the wall and two screws holding it instead of a single eye bolt. Like Bcliff said, once I set it up for her, I haven't made any adjustments.
Thanks. I bought a pair of 4 foot long L-tracks so I have lots of adjustment positions for messing with the growing hammock collection.
I've been eyeballing some of those tracks too. I saw them on a YT video (probably by someone here at HF) when I was researching indoor hang options a few months ago. Definitely look more adaptable or configurable than the hammock-specific options I saw. There are lots of options on the connectors available for it, too. You using these in your home hang situation up there, OC?
Oooh, shiney! What does THIS button do?
No, not yet. For aesthetics I like the small eye screws. There's really no downside IF you calculate it first and get it right. I just put more in the garage and it's a nice hanging spot when raining.
After hanging in 3 rooms now, I find I don't need the adjustability at all once hung the same every time. Especially indoors, where facing one way give a view of the room and the other put your looking into a corner!
If you're a lot heavier than the load rating of the screws, then the tracks are a no-brainer.
