Hi!
I really want to make a sparrow hammock with overcover w/ ventilation.
Does anyone have a pattern for this?

I have a pattern for an 11 foot hammock with side & interior loops and Knotty Mod, but I wouldn't think much more is needed to replicate the Sparrow. Build pictures are here..
I made it using fully removable #3 coil zippers that I modified, and 0.67 noseeum.

Very nice. Thanks for the link. I might try this as well. I have made a few hammocks for our scouts but never with an integrated bug net. Thanks
You can easily add a net to one of the hammy's you have already made. You can put a full or half zipper on one or both sides. A single zipper on the entry side is easiest since you can use a fixed zipper as opposed to a separating one. Just take care if you've added any side accouterments like pull out loops or knotty mod, so you don't sew them closed.

I have 2 DIY hammocks, one I bought a summer sock from Dutch for, so I probably won't need one for that and my 2nd one that I still have is my Monolite one that I pretty much only use for lounging in. That being said, I am looking at making one with an integrated/ sewn underquilt so I am going to try adding a net to that one as well.
Be careful with the Monolite... mine ripped clear in half as I sat in it.

Thank you so much! Project has been a little delayed due to hospital things. But thank you! Now I have something to read at least!
