Noob here. I have three young kiddos (ages 7,7 and 3) and two adults that are thinking of attending. What has been the cost per head or cost per family for this great occasion? Also, is there room for tents for the non-enlightened amongst us? Thank for any info.

I may try to attend this one. Do you allow someone from SC to cross the Mason-Dixon line & mingle with you northerners?

Oh wait.........I'm originally from RI so I'm already a Yankee!

You are not that new, lol. I remember you and your orange peels.

Cost is free, except the raffle pays for everything, so bring money for raffle tickets. There is plenty of room for tents.

I don’t sew on commission, so please don’t ask. Thanks.

I have to cross that line every time I leave DE. No worries.

    Donna here...
We ask that everyone that is staying overnight, eating the breakfast and/or supper meal purchase one raffle ticket at $10.00. Example...If you have a group of four, then we ask that four raffle tickets are purchased. We encourage, if able, anyone to purchase more tickets! These $$ pay for the site rentals, pavilion, and food purchased and other misc. expenses. All $$ left are donated to worthy causes related to the camping/hiking/hammock, etc theme.

This is money very well spent. I look forward to the MAHAA hangs. KUDOS to Dutch, and 2QZQ for hosting these events. You are my hammock heroes for your generosity, and initiative to host this event so successfully twice yearly.

Thanks everyone for the info. This will be my first non-local event, and only third group hang. The reception has been very welcoming and look forward to seeing everyone again.

Definitely a family friendly event, and yes room for tents. It would be great to see you there.
