So I'll be removing the pad I've used and just use either the sleeping bag or a top quilt and sleep directly on the hammock...Right? Other suggestions?

Correct....for max comfort.
Since the Wooki is designed for the Warbonnet hammocks you will have to fidget with the band at the foot end of the Wooki to get the best fit on the Chameleon.

You absolutely ROCK! I have howled through over a dozen of your videos so far and will enjoy many more.
1. I suspect the adjustments on the Chameleon are to seal the ends properly???
2. You mentioned recently that you had cold feet when winter camping. Did you ever figure out a good solution - other than two coffees and a warm cocoa? :-)
You're the Man. Thank you Shug!!!

I thought I’d dig this one up just to share what I found when fitting my Wooki XL to my 11’ Chameleon. I replaced the head-end cordage with an approximately 21” piece of Lawson Glowire with a double fisherman’s knot to create a loop through the UQ’s gathered end. I happened to have that length sitting in my “random cordage” bag, and it turned out to be perfect. The Wooki brushes the bottom of the hammock when weighted, but it doesn’t seem to compress at all.
I left the foot end rubber band and mini carabiner as-is.
