Here's the lowdown: Early adopters are basically crowd funding this project! The sale of roughly finished 3D printed versions will finance the next stage in production. I haven't raised $15,000 for injection molding. I have commissioned an awesome machine shop for a mold to resin cast this product to distribute to retailers for improved finish, durability, and increased production for selling through several cottage industry retailers, (hopefully by Spring 2018) that will finance more products and eventually injection molding. By that point I hope to focus on production more, and direct sales less, but expect to handle warranties! Beyond a Facebook page and a few posts, this is currently the only resource for HangTime Hooks.
It's easy to purchase a HangTime Hook for managing a phone hands free in a hammock. It allows adjustment for level, horizontal and vertical operation, and for viewing on a diagonal lay. It receives phones that are 3.5" (90 cm) wide in various cases. These are roughly finished pre-production 3D printed units. In time I hope to raise enough capitol for injection molding, on the short term I hope to resin cast these hopefully by Spring 2018. Right now I'm producing a resilient durable PETG version with a rough finish.

There are two sizes, for smaller and larger cords, small 1.75 - 2.2 mm "Lash it and Zing it", and large 7/64" Amsteel and paracord. They are available in Black, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, and Orange. The HangTime Hook phone holder may receive guy lines for stabilization, may be locked in place along the ridgeline by securing an elastic hair tie with a larkshead knot to the ridgeline and attaching to the lower tie down. The tie downs also take up slack in headphone cables and manage USB cords from power banks. Sewing a button to a Velcro strap allows hanging flashlights, power banks, and even drinks to the side of the HangTime Hook in the keyhole slot. The ball end is 17 mm standard so there are larger clamps, magnetic interfaces, and other aftermarket mounts that may be adapted for different devices such as tablets!
Please note with your payment what color and size preference you have I'll pack it up and send it out! If I can not send one out the next day or have your color preference I will contact you with what is currently available and ETA regarding the production of the color or size you need or a refund until it is available. I will back up the product with a replacement should it fail during reasonable use.
