Your head end is to the left in the video, yes.
Either lower the head or raise the foot end.
Gravity will push you towards the low side. To compensate, since our bodies are heavier on one end..always try for head end lower.
Nobody gets it right the first time, even veteran hammockers. Always take a few test sits and lay-downs after set-up. Height, angle, tautness, and personal preference all come into play. Tweak as needed. Over time, you'll find YOUR sweet spot and set-up will become quicker and easier.
PS-No way a tent would work there!
