I had to stop looking at this site as the mailman gave me away by dropping off packages every day or two. The wife was asking questions... I made it a few weeks and get back to the site and now have a DL XLC on order.... which technically isn't DIY so I think I'm good.

Speaking of which, I need to order some fabric.

Fabric is on its way. New machine tested. Now just need to hope the rhombus stitches are not just decorative but actually hold something.

It is not out of control unless you have piles of fabric, etc. in the corner for projects you never started.

Stayed with friends near Cossonay many years ago. Fond memories of your beautiful country.

Just embrace the dragon. A DIYer's work is never done. Stuff sacks. Hammocks. Tarps. Quilts. The odd backpack or two. Maybe next time I'll do a rain jacket. Oh, man... that stuff sack could use a small pouch for stakes on the outside, and it's more work to rip the seam and just add the pocket. I'll just make a new one. I'm not in love with the front and side pockets on my pack. I think I may swap those out with a stretchier material. DRAT! There's a hole in my hammock! Oh! Color change time!

It never ends. The first stitch is free. It's the rest of them that'll cost you.
    Cheers,
    The Goat

I'm starting to rediscover it myself and it is impressive when you can find a little forest. (Im south of Cossonay)
