Did you figure out yet how I incorporate the zipper right into the hem the top can be flipped? I figured that detail is missed by many but you might even take a seam ripper to it.

Yes, I did, when making covers over the weekend with the Vision zippers you provided me, but I never would have figured it out without having a Chameleon there to look at carefully. The "finished on both sides" zipper stitching is pure genius. Mine definitely doesn't look as good as yours, but it's adequately presentable and completely functional, so I'm happy with it. Thank you!
