    Revelation As Under Quilt?

I've been debating pulling the trigger on a Revolt zero or ten degree but now I'm having second thoughts. I'm thinking now that a Revelation would give me more flexibility since I could also use it (family of 5) tent camping also.
So my question is has anybody used a Revelation as a bottom quilt? I would probably get regular/wide or long/wide.
    Thoughts??

You could definitely use the revelation as an underquilt. They come with buckles along the edge, so you can secure it over you once you are in the hammock. Also, the hole in the end of the footbox can go around the end of your hammock to secure it. I have the convert, and the only difference is that it has a zipper all the way up instead of the short zipper footbox with buckles. Here is the link to a video of me getting in and using the convert as a topquilt and underquilt at the same time, similar to a peapod system. Convert Video

I have an EE Revelation 0 degree with 2 ounces of overstuff and a Prodigy 50 degree that see regular use as underquilts due to the number of hangers vs. underquilts vs. sleeping bags in my house.

They are serviceable as underquilts but are missing some of the finer details that make my HG and Loco libre underquilts so very nice. For example no draft flap on the ends, not as adjustable, and sag since the suspension is not in a sewn channel.
So they work decent as dual purpose but not as good as dedicated.

That said I have taken the Revolution down to minus 11 comfortably once 3rd suspension up to the hammock Ridgeline was added to take care of the sag and gaps.
