Thanks! I learned a few things. And I noticed you sometimes use a marlinspike hitch to tie your guy out lines to the stake. I have been doing that for years now and I rarely if ever see anyone else doing it. Everyone praises the prusik knot but I find the marlinspike hitch so easy to tie and untie that I almost always use it unless the ground is really hard to stake into.

I do actually use a prussik to attach my lines to the tarp. It's nice to have some adjustability after your lines are all set. But they stay attached, so I'm not tying them every time, that would be a pain. When I'm out camping I want something quick and simple for sure. Thanks for checking it out!
