Has anyone used one of the Snugpack hammock blanket top quilts? What is the temp rating? Overall impression, etc.
Thanks

Just ordered one, along with the Cocoon and the UQ. I'll post when I've tried them out. Sooner than later I hope.
No matter where you go...There you are..
I have the snug pak cocoon and the under blanket. cocoon is nice and toasty slept high 20's and was perfectly warm (does limit offset angle), have not used the under blanket by itself but I would say it would be good to about 40 but I am a warm sleeper.
Due to the mild winter I've only been able to test to low 30 degree f. They claim it's a four season quilt but I doubt it. I did however feel just fine in the low 30s

Ok, call me confused,,, but wasn't the question about the top quilt? All I see is about under quilts and cocoons. I own the Snugpak jungle blanket if that is the one you are asking about. It is good to around 45 degrees with proper clothing anything more and you will be hurting. This is my go to spring and early fall top quilt. The only piece of equipment that goes with me at all times, I love this thing.
Ps, "DO NOT" buy the Snugpak sleeper lite square foot sleeping bag, it is small and cheap quality.
I use a 10' gathered end
