Okay so I have a continuous ridge line with soft shackles for the tarp attachment and I kinda want some snakeskins for it but I can't do it with a continuous ridge line.
Shouls I just switch to a non continuous or just not have snakeskins?

You can just put the snakeskin over the tarp and ridgeline together.

You will have no problem.....in this video at 13:15 you can see snakeskins working with cont ridgeline. This is one way.

Under or over, both work with snakeskins. You can make (or buy) snakeskins with a little pocket sewn into each end for the hanked lines.
