    Good News Bad News

For me the Good News is that I got 4 days in a row off next week Could go camping and hiking someplace.

The Bad News is that a hurricane might be hitting us middle of next week.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !

I call that good news/better news. Nothing better than sleeping outdoors in a hardcore storm.

I have hung out in some heavy rains and winds but I don't want to hold a record for hanging out in a hurricane; I will let someone else have that honor. I was thinking the Dutchmans Creek Trail in the Uwharries might be a good place to spend a few days as I have not camped out there since this past spring.

Head to the Smokies as it's not supposed to go that far inland.

    Good news...
As of yet nobody has been injured or killed in a hurricane while testing the Big Boy Bridges.

    Bad news...
Please see paragraph 11, subsection c, line 9.
"Testers are required to hang in any non-coastal hurricane in their area at least once per 12 month period."

Also known as the Sgt. Rock Provision.

Slugger and Peppy are already signed off.

In further good news... looks like the debate is settled.

    Enjoy your trip!
