Got my new Kelty Noah's Tarp 12 in today. It makes a good budget tarp for winter, has the ability to form doors on the end.

Ever had a problem with leakage?
That looks great!
<rofl> I bought my Noah 12 about a year ago when I got my Hennessy. The idea was to use it to cover the kayaks or motorcycle when I used those to go camping. I completely forgot it can do the doors thing and here I was saving up for the Warbonnet Super Fly....and I have yet to ever take the Kelty out of the bag! <doh> Thanks for saving me some coin!
I use my 12 a lot in the colder months and no, I have never seam sealed nor have I had issues with it leaking.

"The older I get, the more I appreciate my rural childhood. I spent a lot of time outdoors, unsupervised, which is a blessing." Barbara Kingsolver
i had a noah 16 for a while. i even had it pitched during a cubscout bridging trip in which we got 6 inches of rain and the temp was 35. zero leaks. the tent folk were swimming and most went home. me and my son were high and dry.
Love mine. Heavy but inexpensive and near bomb proof. I trust the PU coated polyester way more than silnylon but it comes with a much heavier cost. But unless you are thru hiking or piling on miles it fits the need perfectly.
" The quickest way to the universe is through the forest wilderness"
I've had a Kelty Noahs 12 for seven or eight years. It's held up through some pretty severe coastal gales without a leak. My only complaint is the weight.
