I have always used Clark Hammocks. But they keep improving their designs. So I just placed and order for all new hammocks. 270TX, 270NX and Ultra VX. Maybe they will stop with the improvements and let me enjoy these for a while.

A Clark habit will drain your wallet quick.
I'm in Griffin a good bit these days taking care of my mom's stuff (long story). I'd be happy to hang with you sometime, especially if you have a great spot (I don't know any around there).

...familiar with Clark hammocks? I've been using a 'North American' (I think... got it in 2005 and have been using it ever since), and am interested in an underquilt. Do you think I'd need anything unique to work with this hammock, or should a 'standard' one work (I'm not even sure if there are differences, so pardon the naïveté)? I'll be crawling out of the woods in a couple weeks where I can get to an outdoor store (REI appears to have them, and they're on my list of places to go).

That'll work, thanks! This is my first underquilt ever, looking forward to it.
