What are your options on these two tarps? How do they compare? I'm not sure which tarp to get? Any advise? The superfly seems to be much more popular on the forums, but is there a legitimate reason why?
Thanks!

I have both. Both are nice tarps. Superfly is a shaped tarp, with doors. Works great with gathered hammocks. The JRB is a rectangular tarp and can be pitched in many configurations. I would say the JRB is better if you use a bridge style hammock. JRB is heavier than Superfly.

To expand on this question, and instead of making a new thread...
Is the WB Cloudburst any better than the JRB? They are the same size/price etc. Also, would the Kelty Noah 12' even be worth a look? It's heavier, but quite a bit cheaper.
Would be used with a BMBH.
If they are the same size and weight, and shape, and both are from well respected vendors, I don't see how there will be much difference. I have used the JRB for years with a BMBH and other hammocks, it has been most excellent.
I love the coverage and pitching options of the JRB, the Cloudburst should be similar. Probably one advantage of the JRB: they are famous for fast delivery.
The JRB has extra tieouts along the edge for different configurations, the cloudburst does not, but the cloudburst does have 4 panel pulls that the JRB does not have
Thank you Billy Bob and WB Guy. Just had to ask so that I won't kick myself later for having buyers remorse when a simple post could have prevented it.
Now the hard part...parting with the money
And I imagine those panel pull outs will be real helpful dealing with a bridge hammocks spreader bars, as well as wind. I have added Grip Clips to simulate that function with my JRB. So far so good.
U R welcome! I'm sure either model will serve you well!
