Snw, there wasn't a single reference to Yerba mate on their site. The prices for some loose teas that they do have are like seven times more than I pay for my tea, as I buy it with my wholesale account. I also do not want to purchase about her gourd and bombilla set, because they cost around fifty bucks for quality, and I don't intend to get a cheap synthetic. Sorry if you think I am dismissive, but I am not driving over an hour each way for that. I have much better luck buying pounds at specialty grocers at short notice, as tea shops inflate their prices too much. Also, for an hour drive I could just go back to my storage unit in Greenville, and get my stash and kit. I just don't want to make that trip again. It sucks, because I felt as though I was forgetting something when I was leaving. The one thing that I will be calling them about, is a scraper tip bombilla, as they are becoming difficult to even source online for reasonable prices.

I started cramming gear into my pack today..........
And also filled an overnight bag too....and am not completely done—-reminds me of a story
A friend of mine has relatives in West Virginia mountains, forest fires happened and sometimes soldiers were commandeered to help put out fires. Afterwards he’d find all sorts of brand new gear on mountainsides, that he supposed the soldiers just got tired of carrying and ditched.
As I hike up the hill tomorrow, I’ll have newfound respect for Sargeant Rock, pioneer of ultralight hammock camping.
