Anyway, I have noticed things settle down in a hammock. Not 100%, but enough to allow me to sleep.

My sister has it along with her son(my nephew). Apparently its a very bad REM sleep killer. They both are on medication for it, but I don't know what kind.
My wife had big restless leg problems, turns out it was due to low iron.
Check with your doctor.
high compression socks at bed time help me alot
