Since my fears that my down has been terminally squished have been allayed, it's time to start planning my new Under Quilt.

Right now, I'm thinking about using microfleece (which I happen to have in excess) on the top (toward the hammock) side, and maybe some SIL I have laying around toward the outside. My big question though is whether the microfleece will be truly down proof, or if I'll forever have escapees to worry about?

The stuff I've got is fairly thick, and even stretching it, I can't see daylight through it, but I figured out from my little disaster last night that this stuff can and will escape through holes that you can't even see.
