Usually when I unpack my 3/4 UQ my quilt suspension is a tangled mess. Any resolutions from ya'll? thanks

When I still had suspension lines on my shorty, and even now that they are greatly reduced, I hooked both ends together before stuffing it.

A pic really would help figure out what you are facing
Leave it attached to the hammock. Solves more than one problem. Store the whole mess in a large Blackbishop sack. Easy, fast deployment and storage.
Are you using a stuff sack, or cramming it into the pack? I normally use the stuff sack and never had any issues with tangling.
Stuffed in a sack, one end is on the bottom, one end at the top - nothing to tangle. Both the primary and secondary suspension lines are connected to the same S-biner so nothing to tangle there as well.
In order to see what few have seen, you must go where few have gone. And DO what few have done.
Use a lazy slug. It is like a snake skin for your hammock setup. You can leave the underquilt and bug net attached. I even leave my top quilt and pillow in the hammock for my summer setup.
