Hello hangers,

I'm a wildlife vet and jungle survival nerd from the UK. I've been asked to document a 15mo journey through the Amazon in Guyana with a 2yr old, a 4yr old, a 6yr old, and a 36yr old.

We'll be trekking/canoeing between "eco-lodges" and then resting up for 7-14days before starting the next 30-60mile leg of the journey. Along the way, we'll be doing biosurveys, drone photography of the canopy, and trying to catch enough supper to not get too skinny.

Obviously, this requires hammocks (or making more peace than I can make with anacondas, wandering spiders, scorpions, vipers, jaguars, and all the rest of it).

And that is why I'm here: to learn about hammocks!
