Any other users of Hexon 1.2 that can comment on its support/stretch/feel as compared to some of the more popular materials like Hexon 1.6 or HyperD 1.6?
Not to monopolize things, and I can't speak for the Hexon specifically (sorry!), but I've done hammocks out of HyperD 1.6 and MTN 1.2, and the HyperD - to me at least - is more comfortable...but it weighs 33% more. The MTN really punches above it's weight though, it's tougher than 1.2oz would suggest but does have a more 'plasticky' hand to it. Not unpleasant to sleep in but it's noticeable. That said, HyperD I think is a devil to work with if you're sewing your own hammock.

Hope that actually helps. I'll let others comment on the Hexon.
