Does anyone have experience with the Superior Gear Wind Protector? I'm planning on ordering one for my insulated hammock (which should ship any day now.) I am wondering if I should get the Silpoly waterproof (at 7 oz) or the Nylon which is only water resistant (at 4 oz). I'm planning to hike the southern half of the AT this Fall. It will be protected under my Dyneema Hex tarp, but water could splash up or blow in if the weather turns nasty. How resistant is "water resistant?" I won't be using it for a ground tarp (as it is used by some,) but only hanging it under my insulated hammock for weather protection and added insulation. (It is estimated to add 10 degrees to the insulation rating.) Have any of you used this and have any recommendations?

Thanks!
