I can definitely confirm that the Warbonnet guys usually answer their emails real fast. I had problems receiving the order confirmation email from them while the newsletter subscription arrived right away (they come from different services, which explains the difference) and even though I received it a few hours later and let them know they still answered me next day. I do know from previous experience, that gmail (and other large providers too) sometimes filter out emails for seemingly 'weird' reasons (I actually work in that field but I won't bore you with technical details about how email servers and spam filtering works technically) from some providers and sometimes it actually depends on _how_ exactly your own email provider sends out the email and that in turn can depend on what exactly you've included in your email content. So with the holidays and everything else, reaching out here should probably do the trick.
