Another great trip report with awesome pictures. 11 hours of sleep next to a river...that's a good night.

Though the car shuttling may put some folks off it is worth it in my opinion.
Also I mention a “road walk” in the video - the section between Roseboro Rd and Beacon Heights does follow some single lane 4x4 forest service road. I didn’t see a single vehicle on it so it was more like a wide trail.
Thanks for the report Paul. I need to get out and do this section before it gets to cold to cross those streams.

I went northbound from Harper Creek trailhead to the Wilson Creek overlook last Wednesday and Thursday (24 miles) before heading to Linville Gorge for the rest of the weekend. Seems the trails haven't been getting much use as they were well overgrown in some spots. I really did forget how many stream crossings there are on this hike. Tough to beat passing 5 waterfalls, though.
