A friend of mine who's been using a pad in his hammock wants help making a synthetic underquilt. He doesn't like messing with things and wants something as simple to use as possible. I've let him borrow my synthetic quilt with a clew suspension but he (like myself) doesn't like the potential for tangling. We've both come to the conclusion that a "Wookie" type quilt would be perfect for him. Has anyone made a synthetic (CS) wookie type underquilt? Any reason why it wouldn't work?
