I have enjoyed my XLC and Superfly for over 4 years and purchased a second XLC last spring. The equipment has worked very well. I estimate I've slept in the XLC over 150 nights.

I hadn't realized that Warbonnet had excellent customer service until I damaged the zipper in my XLC. I emailed them for help and they responded immediately. Repairs will be completed soon and I consider the cost fair to return my double layer XLC to service. They could have easily said a 4 year old hammock isn't worth our time but they didn't. Really good response. I'm glad to have them in my backpacking portfolio.
