Hi everyone,

First post here. So I have had this hammock for a while, and I love it. It's obviously not the top end, but it was affordable and I've spent many comfortable nights in the woods with it.
My question regards the suspension system. As you can see from the link, it comes with two tree straps (webbing with a single ring on one end) and two heavy duty 66" ropes. The tree straps are easy to use, but sometimes one time around the tree is too long, and twice around the tree is too short. I would like to use the suspension ropes to fix this, but a lot of knots don't work or make me wonder about rope strength when tide around the ring (180 degree turn at that single point). Is there a good solution for this that is sturdy and provides good range of height adjustment?

Thank you so much,
Mitch
