Ridgeline Materials: What works best for you?

So, I'm not completely new to hanging but I'm still a bit of a greenhorn, and I'm currently in the process of upgrading my existing gear set. I'm putting a ridgeline on my hammock and was wondering what materials do you people use? I was considering using paracord(I'm never short on that), but after doing some research on the forums many agree that paracord isn't ideal because of its stretch factor. Now I'm considering a Dutchware UCR Adjustable Ridgeline. What materials do you find works best for a DIY ridgeline on a hammock (Amsteel, etc.)?
    Thanks,
    D

Slowly swaying in a hammock is my version of a steady morphine drip, without the risk of renal failure.
