I've did a little searching but haven't found anyone specifically saying which size will work, if any. I don't really appreciate the double sided stuff sack and think the snakeskins could help speed up setup/takedown. Thanks for the help!

If your getting HG cuben sleeve the 12 ft covers it all and has enough room tor the HG down pillow at the opening and about 4-6 inches left over on the small end if your gonna use it on your hammock.
I went this route cause I really don't care if my tarp gets wet but I care if the Hammock does. So its my insurance policy for rain in the woods lol.
good luck.

A friend of mine just made me a pair of DIY skins that are at least 7' long each (kind of overkill) with a big pocket for straps/lines. I've decided to go another direction and don't really need them. PM me if you're interested.
Some who use skins on the hammock have them large enough to be able to leave an UQ on. Some even want to leave the TQ inside. Others limit the skin contents to just the hammock. Things to think about if you go this route.
I bought the Hennessy XLs for mine. They fit very well. 2.4 ozs. I also use a set for my fly.

Just tell her what you have and what you want and it'll be there before you know it... very well made and the price is right!
Buy a hat while you're at it, eh?
