I should point out that when the wind was making me "a bit chilly" it was mostly because I was hanging on my back deck with no tarp and nothing blocking on the side the wind was coming from - so I wouldn't say that the wind was cutting through the UQ and cooling me down. It was more just getting hit with the wind without anything to block it.
If I had taken the time to set up properly as Paul mentions with a tarp and using terrain to block, I doubt I would have even noticed the wind.

Update: I received my jarbridge yesterday and got around to giving it a test drive tonight. It is snowing like crazy right now, so the snow landing on my face made it interesting. I just finished making a tablecloth hammock with homemade whoopie slings and tree straps for my daughter tonight as well so it was a good opportunity for a test drive some new gear. The hammock was very comfortable and she is excited. The uq is very good quality. It took 13 days from order placement to front door. I'm very happy with that. The jarbridge is nice and light and reasonably warm for 30 degree temps. I'm sure if I had the tarp over it and a good sleeping bag over me I would be reasonably warm. I think this uq will be ideal for 45 degrees and up, but I can't give it a true review until I get it out for an entire night geared up with a warm sleeping bag over me. For now, I'm very happy with it.

I've finally had the time to set up the Jarbidge and give it a test lay. Very easy to attach, I guess I will have to do an overnight to tell how easy it was to dial in.

Can't shake the feeling of being watched though.

I got the 1 season Jarbridge for summer use in Florida. I thought I had bought the triangle thingees but can't find them. Will have to see if I have the invoice in my Mail Orders folder. (I later got the 3s New River to stack under my JRB Shenandoah down summer UQ. I didn't realize I would be hanging in Ocala National Forest in January or that temps hit the low 20s. Hindsight for others to learn from: I wish I'd known and had gone straight to a 20 degree UQ).

The 1s Jarbridge has worked just as I wanted - especially since I'm only 5'! The funny thing was that when I would pull up the sides to make sure they hadn't slipped, I would get a woosh of cool air. I have Dutch's wee plastic quilt hooks, but I think the triangle thingees would be better. Or...

Between Xmas and a June birthday (plus Mother's Day), I do OK. Last year I got the DD hammocks Superlight set and then my son bought me the DDH Underblanket. In addition to the end shockcords with mini-biners, it has two long (18-20"?) shock cords with biners on each side. They are meant to be clipped to a Ridgeline. This might be a useful mod for people hanging in the cold. Just sew some grosgrain loops. Am showing a photo but there's a good diagram as well.
