Just a bunch of nice photos from a 3 day 2 night trip I took last week.
My Father in Law and I hiked out 7 miles out to the Slant Rock campsites in the High Peaks from the Garden Trail Head in Keene NY.
There we set up camp and the next day we climbed Basin Mountain whose elevation is 4828 ft.
It was pretty much one of the toughest trail Ive ever been on.
Not the longest climb Ive done but it was basically straight up over some very challenging bare rock terrain for the majority of our ascent so it took up most of our day.
Slept great that night in the hammock that's for certain.
Ive never snored before, but my father in law informs me I'm actually pretty good at it.
The photos aren't in a good order so you'll get the idea....my computers giving me fits tonight.
Hope you like them.
