    ALPS XL 625 CCF Pad

Has anyone used one of these? I just ordered one (Got it shipped for $32, and then they bumped the price up)

    30" x 77" x 5/8". Weight: 20 oz.

So a little heavy, but not too bad. Seems like it will have great coverage, go to ground capable, and cheap enough that I wont have to carry a ground mat or any other pads. Wonder what the R-value would be?

Planning to put it in a WBBB XLC.

It might be a little narrow, especially if you sleep on your side with your knees up.

You may want to get shoulder pad extensions.

Trip report - I dont care for this pad. It is plenty wide, it would actually work better if I trimmed from the shoulders down. As is, it bunches up and pokes you in the sides/legs. It does not move around, to a fault. You really cant adjust it when you are in.

My Big Agnes pad is far more comfortable with a little bit of air in it. Underquilt here I come....
