I've got two orders - 6631(dec 30) and 6699(jan 5). I didn't realize how long it would take to complete orders. I'm hoping to get mine before some events I have planned. Jenny was fantastic to work with when I had a special request.
Do any of the cottage companies have a ticker on their website showing what number they are working on? It would be nice for the customer but maybe a pain for them to update and have people constantly watching/complaining about their speed.

We ship up to 25 orders a day, so updating would be difficult.
Sometimes we're in stock for one raw material (i.e. color of fabric), but not another. Sometime the tarpmaker is out, or the hardware is backordered....
When folks begin seeing order numbers move, but not chronologically, they would begin to question that, and it's difficult to factor in the reasons of each one. We just try to get them out as quickly and smoothly as we can.
