After a couple of emails answering questions on Monday, I ordered a MacCat on Tuesday around lunch time. I got a shipping notification today, on Thursday. 48 or 49 hour turnaround seems pretty great, particularly since I ordered it with seam-sealing.

I hope to see it on Monday. Pics, etc soon!

Dropped off this afternoon, I believe I made the USPS truck cutoff so it should be on its way!

    Tarp arrived today.

    Ordered Tuesday, arrived Monday.

    Not bad turnaround at all.

Huh. I thought I chronicled my whole experience here.

The tarp arrived quickly but I was horrified to discover the seam sealing had been packed quite wet and ripped off in multiple locations as I gently pried it apart.

I emailed and got a response promising to refund my money. I was told I would get a SASE to return the tarp.

After a couple weeks and several emails I received my refund.

I emailed a couple of times about the SASE and received it finally many months later.

The end of the story is that I like my Warbonnet Superfly very much. Warbonnet was a pleasure to work with and the product is great.

    Buyers beware!

It's so very disapointing that i come across posts about OES like this all the time.
It baffles me what could possably be going on with this guy Brian?
Iv'e seen a few of his tarps up close and the builds are nice, seem like good quality but the horror stories are endless about the customer service,,after all this time and all the complaints if i were him i would shut it down and get my act together first before taking anyone else's money.
