Has anyone ever put a structural ridge line on a DD travel hammock? I'd love the ability to set up my hammock with the perfect bed every time. If anyone has any advice I'm all ears.

"The forest is my chapel. The trees are the pillars and walls of an endless cathedral. The wind in the trees is my choir. The land gives me water for my thirst and food for my famine. My blades grant me safe passage, give me food and make my shelter.Survival is my religion and I am it's disciple"
I'm using a dd frontline hammock and don't have any issues with setup. I did when I first got it take a few hours hanging it and testing it to find how I liked but and just memorised the angle in my head

Because it is a very short hammock (8.5') a traditional SRL attached to the gathered ends would be annoyingly close to your face,
But what you could do is attach a SRL further up your suspension lines (imitating a longer hammock).
Your hammock is 106", if you were to measure 13" up the suspension lines at each end (that would be 132" - the same as an 11' hammock), and attach a SRL of 110" there, that would give you a 83% (5/6, 34°) hammock angle.
You could then ditch the shockcord and attach the bugnet directly to the SRL.
