I'll speak for Wilderness Logics. I use one and both my sons us their TQs. 15*F for $235. I think mine is 22 oz. I have slept to 24*F with lightweight merino top and bottom on.

They will pack in a one gallon pitcher with room left over.I have tried it.

This may sound crazy but I use a Wallyworld Cacoon 250 sleeping bag. They are down filled, sompact down to softball size and is supposed to be rated to 20 degrees. I use mine as a TQ and I do not trust it to 20 degrees by itself, I mate it with my old Army issue poncho liner. I have used the two of these together down to much colder. ...wasn't all that comfortable...temp dropped unexpetedly on me....but I made it through the night ok. I would readily trust this setup into the 20's.
I do know that some HF members have gottten the Cacoon 250 and modified it by removing the zipper and/or adding more down fill. I have not. Where I live it works ok as is.
    About $70 too.
    Just my two cents worth.

When it comes to quilts you definitely get what you pay for. I went with synthetics first and ended up realizing I should have saved my money and went straight with the down right off. Synthetic quilts are good and serve a purpose (I will always like my KAQ Jarbidge), but it will always come up short when compared side by side with down. Down is simply worth every penny. Especially when it comes to weight.

I'm also a huge proponent of Hammock Gear stuff. Amazing quality and price! It's the bee's knees!

50-60 dollars over 200, you will find a bunch of TQ's. JRB's Sierra Sniveller is currently on sale.
LOVE my JRB Sierra Sniveller with 1oz overstuff. Get it on sale if you can.
The Wife laughed at me the one time I used the head hole for jacket mode, but I was warm.

I would say Hammock Gear but the price is above your budget. I guess a used Hammock Gear TQ.
