    what is the best value 20 degree lightweight TQ?

    I am looking for a 20 degree LW TQ. and under $200

    I want one that compacts down alot, to save space.

    Under 200 will probably be used in the FS section.

    50-60 dollars over 200, you will find a bunch of TQ's. JRB's Sierra Sniveller is currently on sale.

    I agree with these guys, if your staying with down then UGQ is where i would go..

    light
    cheap
    highest quality

    Spend a little more and get TQ from Enlightened Equipment

    I like the JRB Sniveler series due to the wearability of them in the "serape mode"...cuts down on needing to bring a down jacket also. Also great service and products as well.

    I have synthetic by arrowhead equipment and the goose down by underground. In your case i would go synthetic because the price is right and it's only a little less compressible (say2-3 inches) vs. the down. And thats a fact based unbiased opinion.
