Try using a Bad Air Sponge (http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/stor...eyword=bad+air), just open the top and put it into the hammock or leave in a box with the hammock...I've used them in conditions where just breathing was painful (incredibly strong ammonia smell in the air), and they really do work wonders...they're used for some really nasty clean-ups, like the ones that make the body removal service guys get sick. You can find them at Bed Bath and Beyond, or probably on Amazon.
