Yep, beds give my back trouble. Been a full-time hammocker since Christmas.
Use a modified PLUQ in the house for an UQ and a queen size thin fleece blanket folded in half twice longways then sewn half the length up one side to make a TQ.
I'm 6'1 and 200 lbs, this works great for me. Don't have a pic of the TQ blanket by itself but very easy to make.

Before purchasing my down top quilt I had sewn up a 3 layer TQ system consisting of a polyester sheet, a DIY poly quilt similar in weight to a poncho liner and a fleece blanket. All have sewn in footboxes and sleeve together. Layers can be used as needed, more or less dependent on temps. easily thrown right into the wash with the hammock weekly.
Most of us end up poorer here but richer for being here. Olddog, Fulltime hammocker, 365 nights a year.

Fleece blanket is what I use to lounge or sleep around the house. I don't sleep in it every night though.
